These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CREASO (the “Service”), operated by EVO System. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CREASO is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Service is built for independent adult-content creators; you represent that your use is for that purpose and complies with all laws that apply to you.

CREASO is an AI manager that analyses your fan conversations, surfaces revenue opportunities, drafts replies in a persona you choose, builds PPV offers, and plans content and promotion. It is an assistance tool, not an autopilot: CREASO drafts and recommends, and you decide what is actually sent. Whale-tier and high-value conversations are handed back to you rather than sent automatically.

You agree not to use CREASO to:

• Violate the terms of service of OnlyFans, Fansly, or any connected platform.
• Run automation that a connected platform prohibits. CREASO assists; it does not perform TOS-prohibited automation on your behalf.
• Break any law, or produce or distribute illegal content.
• Impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, or harass anyone.
• Probe, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for your own compliance with the rules of every platform you connect, and for the messages you choose to send.

You keep ownership of your content, your fan relationships, and your data. You grant CREASO the limited licence needed to process that information solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the credentials of any platform you connect and for keeping your CREASO login secure.

The Service is offered on subscription tiers and on a usage-based credit model. Operations such as analysis and draft generation consume credits from your balance; credit costs are shown in the app before you spend.

• Billing is monthly, with no long-term contract.
• Credit top-ups are paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor, Apirone. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain.
• Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused balances are handled as described at checkout and in the app.
• Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply to future billing periods.

You can cancel anytime; your subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period. On the way out you can export your fan memory and opportunity log. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled after deletion.

Any figures shown on our site or in the app — such as example daily opportunities, conversion lifts, or revenue numbers — are illustrative, not promises. Your results depend on your audience, content, effort, and many factors outside our control. CREASO does not guarantee any particular income.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or appropriate. You review and approve all output before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREASO and EVO System will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CREASO and EVO System from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party platform’s rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platforms we integrate with. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as billing for amounts owed, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
